Local MALAYSIAN customers:
- Only place orders if you are 100% sure you will purchase and make payment for the item/s.
- Payment is required immediately (FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE BASIS). Order will be cancelled once item is sold out.
- We require RM50 deposit per item should you wish to reserve the item/s for up to 10 days (please contact us should you wish to reserve for up to 30 days).
- Order will be rejected for misuse or abuse of coupon codes.
- Items will be posted every weekday (Monday - Friday). Please kindly make payment by 11am on these days to ensure your items are dispatched on time.
- Tracking number will be provided to your email once item is posted.
- Please expect your items to arrive within 1-10 business days after full payment has been made (depending on your shipping method).
- For items that were lost or damaged during shipment, compensations will be provided based on your shipping method (RM300 for Poslaju OR full amount for PosDaftar with insurance) - please note that we have had NO complaints as yet regarding goods that were lost or damaged during shipment via Poslaju.
INTERNATIONAL / non-MALAYSIAN customers:
- We ONLY accept payment via credit card, debit card or Paypal for international customers.
- Order will be rejected for misuse or abuse of coupon codes.
- Items will be posted within 1 business day of receiving payment via registered airmail.
- Tracking number will be provided to your email once item is posted.
- Please expect your items to arrive within 3-15 business days after payment has been made.
- Please also note that we are NOT responsible for any import duties, customs charges or tax that is levied when package arrives at destination country.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL (no returns and no exchanges accepted).
